Poor service

To day we went to the new location for Mug and bean. Decided to sit at the Patio and no one took the time to show us to a table. The waiter came over and dropped off the menu. Sat for a while and decided to find the manager to point out the bad service. Chairs had food on them and lack of communication from staff. Fantastic location spoiled by badly trained waiters. Owner needs to step up to the plate and motivate his staff.
