Debonairs Pizza
A HAIRY SITUATION

Just over a week ago my mother & i purchased to Real Deal Pizzas from this branch only to find that (when we got home) one of them had a human hair in its crust. Needless to say, we had to throw away the pizzas because this was just absolutely gross. This happend over the weekend, so i called them when i got to work the Monday & was told to leave a message. I also sent an email but received no response to either. My mother then went to the branch to explain to them what happened... she spoke to the 'Manager' on Duty and he simply said "that's not possible because we all wear hats" and just dismissed her in front of all the the other customers! I am appalled by his attidtude, what happened to Customer Service?!?
Debonairs is really slacking!!!
