Incorrectly billed

Tonight 9/1/2014 we were at drive through of belhar. A lady by the name of zandile sassa help us. She then swioed the same transaction twice and said no it wont go off twice. Geting home only to see 2 transactions. I phoned the shop theb this lady tells me i need to bring a statement before i can get my own miney back. She can see on the system what zandile did. This is crazy im not gonna take statements for her wrong doing. With te chip cards the transactions are reserved on the banks side. The transaction wont show the same day. This is crazy i will never buy at a ktc again if i dont get my money back. Contact ur branch 0219349854. It happen at 19:55.
