Bug in fries!!!

Hi, on 1 January 2014 at 22h15 I took the family to Mc Donalds and bought two kiddies meals and four double cheese mc pounder meals. Upon arriving home to enjoy the meal I noticed that there was a bug in one of the fries. I called the Contact Centre on 3 January 2014 and emailed them the pics and till slip and the agent assured me that I will some sort of correspondence within 24hrs. On the 6 January 2014 I still did not receive any feedback and sent a follow-up email. Up until now I still have not received any feedback or a reference number for my call. This is outrageous and unacceptable...
