Very bad service from waiter Sheldon

My family and i went to eat at Golden Feather Spur last, when we got seated the table was still dirty and the waiter Sheldon was called from another staff member to come clean table, his word to us" Hi my name is Sheldon and im your waiter and sorry about the bad start" After that it just went pear shape... We asked him twice for child seat and eventually came to say there aint any, He got all the order's incorrect, my husband order cheddarmelt steak "WELL DONE" his meat came medium rare, i don't do garnish and onion rings and i got that in my plate when i clearly told him, he bring mine and my husband food only to advise that my daughter toasted sarmie is a problem with there bread, told him to rather just bring her chips as she is hungary and crying, chips never came and i had to ask Chris a manager to bring my son's food 10minutes later. I was livid and really angry went to PNP to buy my daughter some food. I came back and told him just to
