KFC SO GOOD!

Driving back from Durban, we stopped at KFC Northway mall, very close to the 22:00 closing time on the 01/01/14 order #144 tran #1744. We were met by a few customers saying that they were there for an age and a day. I saw empty racks - no chicken i saw spotless stainless steel prep areas. And I was one of the last customers there. I was met by a more than proficient shift manager who assisted all the remaining customers with ease. For items that could not be prepared quickly she opted to swap them out for other items. Ayanda Shange manged the entire process with efficacy and ease. I was astounded that she was a mere shift supervisor. She should be made promoted to manageress. I have never seen such confidence and clarity especially having staff that are working on a public holiday and are preparing to leave for home after a days shift and hungry customers. I wish that this is the service we could receive at other branches around the country. She addressed each customer and prepared the last 5 orders specifically for those customers. I must add that this was the BEST KFC experience [URL Removed] from a Traveling man like myself, thats really something. Other KFC must follow suit
