Ocean Basket
PATHETIC experience!

Personally I am a big fan of Ocean Basket Waterfront and Sea point. I shared so much trust in their service that I decided to have my daughters birthday celebrated at waterfront.
I was appalled at the service. I had to face the brunt of seeing 30 members I had invited have a night ruined and let alone my own. Firstly we were welcomed by a waiter telling us "please order fast as we need to go home soon" in my opinion that was quite rude considering the fact that the store was open for business. Upon ordering, ALL the platters lacked muscles. Nothing was said about it prior and all the manager said was, I am sorry there is no stock. A utter inconvenience. The orders then came in stages most lacking either rice, or the sides which then was delivered so long after that we've completed our supper already.
What shocked me most was the fact that we were forced to sit, whilst having a mouse! Run beneath the tables, causing a major commotion, and ended up in few of the members getting up and leaving. When I just began to think can this night become any worse, I decided that it be best we just get out asap and due to my heightened frustration left in a hurry leaving my mobile on the table
