Rotten russian in my packet of chips

Bought a packet of chips and russian during my lunch break. My colleague started eating before me, took a bite of the russian and he quickly spit it out and said something was wrong with it, I tasted it and it wasn't de taste we know, it was rotten. We carried on eating the chips as we didn't have enough time to go back to de shop because our break was almost over. First thing when we knocked off we rushed to de shop and told them our problem. When we got there they said there was no way and there is nothing they can do, I suggested they give me my money back they said I should wait for the manager, asked them to call him but they refused. Asked for his numbers and I called him and told him my complaint, he said its impossible, he is coming there I must wait. Explained to him when he arrived, he shouted at me and said I was lying, he bought them in the morning and they are kept refrigerated showed me the receipt. Asked him to taste it and he said he doesn't eat russian and so does his staff members so there nothing he can do, I can go complain else where. Or take this further he doesn't care. Threw the box to his chest, told him to go to, and he hit me with claps on my face, and fled
