DISGUSTING SERVICE, DISGUSTING BRANCH

I have been a regular customer of the glen balad branch and you are advised that we shall not frequent this branch any further due to the dishonest and clearly deliberate actions of the branch staff.

My own and my girlfriend's orders are standard pizza's but with either extra avo or extra cheese. however, without fail, on every occassion, the staff at this particular joint conveniently (and i now believe deliberately) exclude the extras that are ordred (and charged for). If i do not check every single order, the extras are never added, despite being added on the slip. on my last visit yesterday, 03/01 the individual manning the till was even specifically requested to check the extra avo ordered was added, but yet again, the order was missing the extra avo.

i am sick and tired of your pizza joint ripping me off. once in a while one can understand a mistake but getting the order wrong every single time while making sure the extras are charged for, is quite frankly and . the manager on duty never has any explanation and just apologises, whilst previous visit there was argument from the staff!!! disgusting service from a completely dismal branch
