Debonairs Glenfair unable to handle simple orders

The Glenfair branch is incapable of getting an order right. One of the pizzas we enjoy a lot is the Hawaiian with extra pineapple. When the pizza arrives, we are most certainly billed for the extra pineapple, yet there is almost no pineapple and on various occasions, there not a single piece of pineapple. So somehow the store manages to get it right when billing you and when putting it on the order, but then they other do not put on the extra pineapple, or misinterpret the order and remove the pineapple entirely.

As mentioned above, this is not an isolated incident and happens on a regular basis. Today again we ordered hawaiian with extra pineapple. No extras but billed for it. Speak to manager Abraham, says he will send another pizza. No pizza arrives after an hour, phone in again - Abraham is busy, Katlego has us hold 5 mins, can hear manager talking to staff in the background, doesn't seem interested in handling call. Phone in again, speak to Katlego again, when stating case she simply puts down the phone and we have to phone again. When ordering from a different branch like Hatfield this has never happened, only seems to be Glenfair. Still waiting for replacement.
