Never get a full orde

On several occasions KFC Rynfield "forget" to add the cool drinks to the orders, resulting in their customers having to drive back to the branch to get the rest of the order. On arrival, you get to wait roughly 15-20 minutes before someone fulfils the order. I guess KFC Rynfield haven't checked the latest fuel price...
Fully loaded box meals are placed in the incorrect boxes (zinger boxes), resulting in returns to the branch to have it corrected.

This has happened on multiple occasions to both my wife and to myself. What a pity because the food is good. However, the staff of this particular branch seem to not care at all.
