What is quicker the snails or the pizza

Today Jan 2 2014 my brother myself and his girlfriend went to giannis restorante for a single regina pizza for us to share, an hour into our wait we have to ask what is wrong then only do we find out about the pizza machine problem. Afterwards we get told by the waiter no more that 5 minutes and to our supprise another 30 minutes later we get out pizza which was not that great to start with. Please help report this problem because no discount or any sorry was given afterwards.
