Closed doors before closing time

On Monday the 09/12/2013 20:30 I arrived at the Debonairs Pan Africa Mall in Alexandra only to find the doors locked with people inside and when I asked to be let in to buy my pizza i was told that the store is closed but right next to the door is showing that the shop closes at 21:00. Lots of us were turned back and this is unacceptable.
