Poor portion sizes

A new Fishaways opened up close to my home in Waterfall and my wife and I supported the business from the outset but NO MORE! at first we were given three small pieces of fish for the "large" portion and then this was dropped to two small pieces and last week I bought two "large" hake / chips and the one packet had two small pieces and the 2nd packet had one small piece - I phoned the store and was given a lot of attitude by the "new? ' manager who advised me that my portion with two pieces was incorrect and should only have been ONE!!! - he informed me that the previous management "were too generous" with their portions hence the cut back to the franchise prescribed amount of "120gms' for a large portion - I was told there is a shortage of hake, but when I challenged "then why do the fish shops in Kloof and Gillitts give a much larger portion? " he replied that they have different suppliers - HELLO - either there is a hake shortage or not... the bottom line is we will spread the word and your new fishaways franchise in waterfall will decline in business.
