Two hours and no delivery

My name is Nadia. I contacted Debonairs Pizza, Chatsworth Centre on 01/01/2014 at 18:04 pm. There hadn't been much of a choice to order. I enquired about delivery to my area. I was told that it would be possible. I called back an hour later as I hadn't received my order, and I was told that the manager would call me back which never happened. Two hours after my initial call, I called back and was told that the driver couldn't find my address. Why have my contact details and not contact me?

I'm pregnant and my husband had not been at home to get me take out. And I didn't want to drive out by myself. I am appalled by the lack of service. I won't eat there ever again.
