Loraine and Julie go the extra mile

Its great to go to a place where the service is good and can be seen as a direct reflection of the attitude of the management. When Julie and Loraine are not in the shop while it remains a great place it looses something. I can only put it down to the human touch. They are exceptional and this is noticeable.
