Unbelivabably poor service

We booked a table for 12. This booking was accepted. We arrived, received warm beers, waited 3 hours before some of the starters arrived, which were really not good... 3 people got their starters. We asked to see the owner. The waiter said he would call him as he was not there. When he arrived he didn't seem very concerned, so we cancelled the rest of the orders. At the same time another table came up and cancelled as they had been waiting two hours with no meals arriving!! We will never go back there again... we have never seen had such bad service with absolutely no reaction from anyone at the restaurant.
