Poor show KFC Delivery

I placed a simple order using the KFC delivery call center. After a good 30 - 45 min wait the meal was delivered no chips with the 3 colonel burger meals. So by the time I had phoned in to complain, and the chips were finally delivered the burgers were cold. Maybe back to Steers next time!!! How difficult can it be!
