Ocean basket's service was bad bad bad

We placed our order, just plain fish and chips and shushi for starter. 45min later the shushi arrived. The people at the table next to ours where seated when we got our shushi. They had their food before we got our food. The manager said that he don't know what happened. We cancelled the order and still had to wait 15min for our bill. Bad bad service.
