I Visited the Fino Clearwater on the 14 th March at 8pm. I ordered a haloumi veg wrap and I informed my waitron to ensure that the Haloumi was lightly grilled. When the wrap arrived, I sat there picking out the haloumi as it was burnt. After picking out almost half the haloumi from the wrap, I informed my waitron that I would rather that the haloumi was made again as I was not enjoying my meal. A few minutes later, a lady by the name of Chis, whom I assume was the manager, appeared before me to inform me that the kitchen was closed, it was now 830pm. I found this hard to believe considering that the restaurant traded until 9pm. She also informed me that the haloumi was burnt due to the grill and that there is nothing she could do about it. Her attitude was very displeasing as this is no way to treat a customer. She offered me a cup of tea as a replacement which disgusted me as I had was expecting to enjoy a decent meal else I would of went to a coffee shop. I will never visit Fino again due to the terrible attitude of the manager Chris.
