Discusting service on a Christmas Day

On the 25 December 2013 me and my coleque decided to go buy food at Nandos in silverton. To our surprise we were kicked out as we walked seeing that the door was open, and were told they only opening at 11:00... the time was 10:54. #WHY OPEN THE DOOR WHEN U R CLOSED??? We patiently waited outside... at 11:05 the doors were stil not opened... we knocked at the door and were told they were still cleaning. At 11:10 we decided to phone the store and were told that they are open and when we mentioned that we are at the door they dropped the phone on us. I mean what is that??? Is that what we call service??? As if that was not enough we ordered 2 full chickens (Mild and HOT)... to spite us we were give 2 full HOT chickens, one labeled Hot and the othe Mild... 8 of our colligues did not eat as the "mild" one was HOT as well... What do you call that?? What did we spend our money on??
