Bull Runs - Serving rotten meat

I ordered a steak from a patronising white waiter who was speaking English with an african tone. It took 40 minutes to prepare and was served with a rotten stench.
After complaining to the waiter who acnkowledged it is off, the manager's excuse, as I was anticipating was that the steak was just over aged. I returned the food and the manager offered to rather bring me something else. I ordered ribs which took 4 minutes to be prepared for some reason, (probably someone elses order). I subsequently decided to leave. From the taste of the steak I had I have a stomach ache today.

I strongly advise people to stay very far away from the Bull Run.
I'm not sure if this is the service I got because I am black.

In the South Africa of today, If that is the case, it is totally disgusting and we need to take a stand against this as South Africans, black or white.
