Absolutely awesome service

I went to McDonald's now with my husband and friends. My friend went to ask if I may use the loo and they said they are not allowed to open the store. I understand for their safety that that would be a policy but it was an emergency. My husband then asked to speak to the manager. What I admired was that the guy at the 'pick up' counter first asked regarding what, assuming that he would have tried to resolve it himself. Needless to say that the manager made an exception and immediately said yes. I was so relieved. I'm truly impressed with the outstanding service displayed and ALL the staff were so helpful and friendly. Thank you!!!
