Bugs in Food!

On the 22nd of December my boyfriend and I went to Villa Bianca for dinner to celebrate his birthday. We opted for the buffet as we both enjoy variety. I'll keep it brief, though i could write an essay about this disgusting experience and all of the flaws. 1- There were numerous insects in the salads and starters. 2- The food was congealed and bland. 3- The pudding was absolutely revolting and had clearly been standing for hours. 4- Although we informed the manager of the insects and he removed the offending dishes, promising to replace them with fresh ones, nothing was replenished.

After discovering the insects we considered leaving but decided to stay as we had already received our drinks and we hoped that the main course and dessert would make up for it - It did not!

I am disgusted that a restaurant of this caliber can offer this kind of food to it's clients. I can only imagine how many people have been ill. This experience just reflects the staffs complete disregard for their clients and for the restaurant as a whole. I am revolted!
And to make matters worse, i sent a lengthy email to Villa Bianca on the 28th of December and have still not received a response
