Disgusting food

Ordered food at drive through... we ordered 4 meals went home to eat when opening the meals the chicken was burnt and no sauce was put on the chicken. I phoned the manager Bradley he said he wants my slip??? Did not offer any appology or excuse... food tasted like nothing maybe I should have Kentucky in future
