Untoasted stale tramezzini with average spicy beef

We bought takeaway at Spur Durban North, located at Varsity College. My hubby had Ribs & Buffalo wings which were ok. I had the Spicy Beef Strips starter with the Tramezzini. I get home to discover a cold, stale untoasted tramezzini!!! I also discovered the spicy beef strips contained small chunks instead of proper steak strips. Ive often had this starter for lunch from Grand Canyon Spur in Cowies Hill and Durban North Spur failed to give me the same quality! It really was disappointing for a starter that cost R46.95!!! Please fix your quality Apache River Spur, Durban North
