Bad Meat has made us physically sick

I am a regular Spur patron and hold the brand in high regard. I am raising this complaint therefore, to make the branch aware of this issue so as to protect others from a similar fate. I was at the Spur this past Wed 26-6-13 with my family and my brother and his family. My brother told me that him and his wife were poisoned after eating burgers the previous week. My wife was there at 6pm yesterday 29-6-13 with my son and a friend and ordered a starter portion of beef strips. At around 8pm, at home later that evening, she went to the toilet and started getting sick. She said that the beef strips that she ate did not taste right. She then started suffering from stomach cramps which continued right through the night. I went out after 9pm to find an open pharmacy for her but to no avail. I popped into the Spur to speak with the manager. He recognised me immediately and took down my name and number after I shared my concerned story with him and then he promised me that the "operator" would call me today to "sort something out". I still have not heard from him...
