Kid hurt and assaulted

My 5 year old kid was hit on the lips by two older kids at the play area. This happended while there are supposed to be two assistants watching over the kids. The kids dragged him to the corner, punched and bust his lip
When my wife approached the assistants, they have a dont care attitude.
I have also noticed for a while, that the two assistants dont seem interested in supervising
