Ordered a quarter pounder medium meal with cheese at 19:38 . I only had 2 people in front of me and 3 behind me. All those people received their orders and I still waited. Others even ordered share box and got their orders. At 19:00 I asked one of the staff to call the manager as I was not impressed at all. I was disappointed and disgusted that I had to wait so long for my order. I made it clear that I'm not happy. Had I not complained I'd probably be waiting even now. The place wasn't even full. I only received an order at 19:04 and I was still given a cream soda with ice when I asked for one without. I turned back by the door as I noticed then. If this is the service that they give then no thanks I won't be setting foot in another McDonald. I'm really disappointed in the service I received and I hope others are not receiving the same treatment.
