KFC
Service once AGAIN!

So we are again at this KFC (against my better judgement)! I would expect after the last complaint that they would have atleast done something about it. My mom can't walk a lot as she has had an operation. She needs the loo which is dirty, so she asks the cashier to assist. Chumisa is serving us and asks Lemeez to take our order whilst she sorts out the loo. Lemeez flat out refuses and says No! After looking me in the face she says No! I won't serve the customer and continues to pack the mini loaves. I am EXTREMELY upset as we are not dogs, but just as human as the next person! Sort this out. Don't even talk about cust service, your staff has NO respect!
