Terible service and horrible food

I used to be a frequent visitor to both your Willow Crest and Cresta sites. The poor service lack of understanding and poor meal qualities have deter me from supporting them of late. Yesterday we decide to give it another try. Stop at Willow Crest branch. Not busy.. cashier serving the walk-in client is also serving the drive through patrons too - guess who has to wait! I place my order and request certain chicken pieces. not they serve as breast, drumstick, thigh and wing. Nowhere have i seen that you are restricted by which pieces you can request? I only eat breast (center or side) nothing else. KFC accommodates this request. Cashier too lazy to refund me as i requested that she then cancel my order. Call another staff member who asks which i like my chicken normal or spicy (not the point at all), so i'm left to explain once again my request. Staff packs the pieces - same rude cashier make her leave my order and pack wings for her drive thru client who appears to have been more important, than the person who took the time out to get of his to walk into the store and place an order/ Appalling service all round. Food was atrocious and vile. Was certainly refried or old oil used
