Disgusting Service

My family and I sat down on Saturday 14th to enjoy a late lunch. I asked for 2 beers and 2 cold. my beer that arrived was hot and my wives was cool but not cold. The glasses that came with the beers were frosted from the fridge which was nice, until the frost cleared. Both glass looked like they where never cleaned. So we drunk out of the bottles.

There after I took my son to get sushi which was fine but then we had to help ourselves to ginger and wasabi behind the counter. a manager saw me and asked if everything was ok. I say no and explained my case. His answer was sorry but our guys are changing shift. A lady appeared with a display of ice cold beers. which felt was an insult as the beer I prefer was not on the tray. Needless to say we finished our experience and left with out my wife nor I eating a meal. Adding salt to the wand the prices are ridiculously high.
