Long queues with no food

I mean really now last week thursday night round about 19.30 we standing there and these guys decided to pack up but the place closes @ 8pm with no food they dont say anything customers must stand there like fools we were told after we seen now that other people got their food we were told they out of stock i mean really now sies kfc u all the customers in believing there is food so the did you make us wait so long if you cant service us at all i hate kfc people should not even waste their time going there service as usual.
