Worst dining experience ever!!!

Had lunch today with my family at John Dory Potchefstroom. It was truly the worst experience I had in a very long time! To start with the waitress couldn't understand any language I tried to speak, so it goes without saying that all the orders were wrong. When the food eventually arrived it was absolutely terrible and cold!! It was clear that the food was made with extremely old oil. When I approached the manager he didn't really bother with me. So that was the last time I will ever visit any John Dory restaurant and I won't recommend it to anybody!!!
