Flithy tables, menus and bad attitudes

Monday 16 December we decided to sit at one of 5 open tables at Primi, Lifestyle. The restaurant was not full and there were several staff members standing around. The table was located under the shade cloth near the play area. The table was sticky and grimey, the salt and pepper were lying on their sides. There were pieces of straw wrappers, serviettes and cutlery lying under the vacant tables. The menus that were placed before us were disgusting, crusty substances on each plastic page and hand written notes informing one that breakfasts were only available until 12. The entire outside area was in a state, there did not seem to be any interest firm the staff to tidy or clean up.
The manager had large hoop earnings in HIS ears, his pants were hanging down and the pant legs were tucked into his high top sneakers, this seems more suitable for a music video and not a restaurant.
The mineral water was warm and had not been kept in the fridge.
Overall a poor show, Makes one wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. I suggest a visit from head office as this franchise seems to be slipping.
