KFC
Over charged and dry/old food recieved

On 16 December 2013 at 17:40 I bought take-aways at Lichtenburg's KFC. Upon my arrival back home I discovered that I was over charged and furthermore the food was tasteless, with the burger buns old and crumbly and the chicken breast completely dry.

I did not know that it is the responsibilty of the customer to check the quality of the food received and compare the prices displayed on the menu with those on the slip.

The food received from KFC was completely inedible and I can't believe that I was over-charged!
