Bad food, bad bathrooms

It is with great dissapointed that my husband and myself visited Tuscan BBQ and found that the restaurant's food have deteriorated since last having my daughters birthday there a while ago. The food was really tasteless and the 120 variety of international dishes offered was defintely not the case. I asked for calamari that was also advertised on their webpage but they did not have any, also no game food was available. Last time when it was my daughters birthday an additional service fee was charged and the reason was given that we were a large group of 8. I phoned before hand to hear if we are only 2 people if the service fee will also be charged and was advised No only on a group more than 4. to my amazement the service fee was charged. The bathroom was also in a bad condition with the toilets being dirty. At R135 p.p for a Friday night for tasteless food, no drinks plus an added service fee, no Tuscan I dont think you will see me again I rather have a juicy Chicken Snitzel with veggies & bakes potatoe at Mimo's for R69-95!
