Hair In My Food - twice

I bought zinger burger on Sunday and found a strand of hair on my chicken... This very zinger burger had junior size buns because they ran out of adult size buns. I was told no refund only food back (why would i want food after my discovery) so i let it go.
Monday i go back and buy zinger wings... Lo and behold what do i find? Another strand of hair... No manager on duty... No refund... No food... No custome
