Incapable of taking order correctly

Ordered 3 meals, 1 Mcroyale meal, 1 Spicy Cajun meal and 1 crispy chicken meal (Ranch) through the Louis Botha drive thru only to received the Crispy Chicken (Ranch) and Cajun Meals, I Then had to go back and show them my slip where I had just paid for three meals and eventually got the 3rd Mcroyale Meal only to get home and discover that the Crispy chicken burger is spicy and not ranch and have to track all the way back. Surely taking an order correctly the first time cant be too complicated?
