KFC westgate mall

I went to westgate mall KFC on the 10th Dec 2013. I ask the girl who helped me if there is tomato sauce and chili salt in the bag and she replied yes but then she turned her back and continued her conversation with her colleague. now i want you to understand that it is people like me who regularly buy from KFC who pay your guys salary. So i want a call from the store manager or the regional manager as i wont accept this. it is not the first time i dont recieve the condements in my orders but here is where i draw the line. i expect a prompt responce.
