Eing chased away like a dog

I went for my December shopping with my partner so we decided to go to Chicken Licken to grab something. When we just entered the store the SO Called security Guard chased us away with our trolley as he claimed they are not allowed so how do u run a Francise then u chase away customers now I see why was that store empty while it was full all over. If you really want us to keep buying food don't chase us away like dogs
