Unacceptable Service

As usual we made our way to food lovers market westgate mall on Saturday 19 October 2013 around 17.08 to buy our weekly groceries etc., as we were at the till point about to pay for our goods my toddler was sitting in the trolley and there was a small bottle of clover vanilla milk behind her that we did not see, GRACE MTHETWA accuses us of to her work colleague sitting next to her in HER LANGUAGE, not knowing that i understood every word that she has said, how can she accuse us of when we were still at the till point about to pay?? and have not even left the store yet?? I requested to speak to the manager and a lady approached us not saying any thing and when enquiring if she is the store manager she just said im one of them, did not even attempt to sort the matter out, the cashier did not want to apologise until after i had made a scene in the store, FINALLY A SLOPPY SORRY CAME OUT, I AM FURIOUS!!!

This is totally unacceptable and I will escalate the matter until i see appropriate action taken against Grace Mthetwa

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT WE RECEIVED SUCH A STINKING ATTITUDE FROM THE STAFF AT THIS STORE
