I ordered a chicken Schwarma from Bimbo's Selcourt today 11 Dec 2013 at around 13H00. To my knowledge, a standard Schwarma contains Lettuce & not Cabbage! Have a look at the following link [URL Removed] On paying for my order & subsequently returning to my place of work to enjoy my Schwarma, I was surprised to say the least, to find that my Schwarma contained not Lettuce, but Cabbage! I am by no stretch of the imagination a fan of cabbage by any token & so I decided to call the Fast Food Store to confront them about this. On speaking to John (the floor manager) & Johannes (the sales teller) & explaining my dissatisfaction, I received nothing but an argument! I suggested they replace my schwarma with a new one, containing lettuce as opposed to cabbage (i had hardly bitten into the one i had) or refunding my money (if not 100%, a percentage thereof). Instead, the two Bimbo's representatives had a foolish smirk on their faces & couldn't be bothered to resolve my complaint! How unprofessional & disappointing of the Bimbo's brand! I think this is a disgrace!
