Bad service at Bimbo's Blackheath

I went to your Blackheath store and am completely disgusted.

I ordered a Mega Burger Gals for R47.95, it was disgusting the burger was stuck to the bottom of the box as a result of all the "juice" added, it was completely tasteless.
My wife ordered a chicken Schwarma Gals for R30.00, this came complete with 2 pieces of chicken a source that was so spicy as a result of it being squirted from a bottle and 2 (two) plastic bags inside the Schwarma
My daughter ordered Chicken strips R39.95 these were almost black and were dry and unedible.
I contacted the Manager Blessing 0718895363, He was disinterested and not willing to follow up on my complaint, insisting that I should come back to the shop (he was not in attendance at the shop), in the light of my complaint i would have thought as the customer he would have assisted. These meals were disgusting and cost me R146.80 My Check number is 10426 order number 82. I asked for the owners number he refused to give it to me claiming the owner was out of the country. I intend to take further action on my complaint should it not be dealt with appropriately
