Plastic Cap inside Pizza

I purchased a Large Chicken Double Stack at Debonairs in Cape town CBD (Strand Street Branch)

To my utter disbelief, when my wife was eating the pizza she bit into a PLASTIC CAP INSIDE THE PIZZA. It was completely disgusting and unhygienic and she felt so sick afterwards probably from the Plastic Cap chemicals that cooked and melted into the pizza. This is absolutely unacceptable from Debonairs who claim to be one of SA largest Pizza shops.

This needs to be escalated to the shop owner and Debonairs management immediately.
