Insect in the food

Always had a wonderful experience.By far my favorite place to eat, that is, until 40 minutes ago.
Order was placed, food was adequate until we found an insect IN the food. Asked a waiter to call a manager, the manager arrived but gave no apology just said: "he has no idea where the bug came from but it definitely wasn't from the restaurant", which implied that we added the insect ourselves.
I will NEVER in my life eat at a Spur again and will advice every person I know to do the same.
Health Department will most definitely be informed.
