Once again disgusting services from Tasha's

Called Tashas to order a Texas salad at 2:15 by 3:20 the order still hadnt arrived and i hadnt received a call to say where my order is (after having repeated the number 6 times to the person taking my order down) i called Tasha's at 2:25 to find out where my order is only to be told there was no order placed!

I have had problem after problem with Tasha's Melrose Arch, if it not my call getting dropped, its the lack of manners from staff members or even worse telling me to wait so the waitress can finish her person conversation on her phone...

I am utterly disgusted at the staff and management
