Life Threatning risk at Tasha's

My wife and I were dining at Tasha's Nicol Square when a something was dropped, either a tumbler or plate, behind the counter. Glass was everywhere. In our food on the table and under the table. We found pieces of glass in our clothing later. Management did not even bother to check if we were okay. When it came to payment time we paid up but I said that we were extremely unhappy. Some junior manager then came out and said that "this was totally out of his control". Yes, sure but the way you treat your customers is certainly not! To add insult to injury he attempted to give us a R50 voucher which I returned with contempt. Our meal cost us approx. R270. I lodged a complaint with Melissa at the Franchise office who got Gerhard to call me. He is apparently in charge of that store. He made all sorts of promises that Peter will get back to me. Nothing has happened so far. I will certainly not return there ever again. I will certainly be advising my family to avoid this place too. The saddest part of the whole saga is that there was no follow up from either Melissa or Gerhard from the Franchise office. This company obviously does not care.
