Tashas Morningside
Tasha's morningside standards are slipping

Today as per our usual outing we had breakfast at Tasha's in morningside. We normally frequent either morning side or the bryanston outlet.

After placing our orders very detailed and cross checking the said requirements we were made to wait 15 minutes for a cafe mocha. Upon having the main orders to the table an open sandwich on a baguette ended up being a sliced plain and dry piece of bread and the humus toastie ordered had no toasted bread. The waitress kept apologizing and when the food was returned for the correct order, it came back looking like someone stepped on it.

If you are too busy (in this case it was not busy at all) then rather not serve certain items which your kitchen cannot prepare correctly. A Sunday morning after church is family time we look forward too and we really don't appreciate having to be subjected to the lack of concentration and service by your waiters.

Maybe it is time to look for an alternative!
