Macdonals food caused me to vomit blood

I am laying this complaint to express my utter disgust in your company and the way issues are dealt with.

On 01/11/2013 At McDonald's Old Main Road Pinetown. I purchased a double deluxe Burger and to my surprise, I heard a crushing sound of glass between my teeth as I tried to enjoy my meal, a few minutes later I was rushed to hospital because I was vomiting blood.

I am extremely disappointed in your company, you tampered with my health and well being and all at my own cost.

I did take this up with the store manager, who seems to change all the time but my efforts to resolving this matter have been futile.

No one is taking the responsibility of dealing with this problem and I am afraid that if I am not contacted within the next 48 hours, I will be taking this to the papers and to consumer watch. McDonald's is a well known food outlet, but you treat your loyal customers terribly.
